At a time of shifting regulatory requirements and growing competitive pressures, talent, team cohesion, and strong leadership are even more important.

We formed Klaros Talent with Dan Solo, the newest addition to our senior advisor team, and his executive search firm, Second Line Advisors. Dan has a long background in executive search and has worked with many leading financial services companies, fintechs, and digital assets firms - including many current and former Klaros clients - to support their talent needs. And Dan shares the values that have made Klaros special: integrity, expertise, kindness, and a passion for helping our clients find great solutions to critical problems. Â
Obviously, executive search is an important element of managing human capital, but Klaros Talent is about far more than executive search.
