Administrative Assistant

Klaros is looking to hire a skilled Administrative Assistant who can help us operate more efficiently. Duties will include supporting our Operations Manager by organizing our Google Drive, generating invoices, and carrying out other tasks to boost our team’s productivity.
We are seeking an independent contractor who can dedicate 15-20 hours per week to this role. Contingent on strong performance and the firm’s continued growth, the position could evolve into a full-time role in the future.

Systems Administrator

At Klaros, we rely on an integrated array of multiple vendor systems to conduct our business. We are looking for a Systems Administrator to take ownership of the set up, operation, integration, maintenance, and security of all company systems. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting our team through effective management of the software and systems used for our client work. This role will be available on a part-time basis, with approximately 15-20 hours per week.
