Welcome Fiachre O’Neill

Collectively, our Senior Advisors bring decades of experience; their expertise makes them critical resources and advisors to members of the Klaros team and to Klaros clients, which is why we’re so grateful for their involvement. Earlier this year, we welcomed Daniel Bley and Donna Murphy, both of whom have already proven to be stellar additions. Today, I’m excited to welcome Fiachre O'Neill to the Klaros Senior Advisor team. 

Fiachre is a seasoned global executive and board member with over three decades of experience in finance, risk management, compliance, and governance across fintech, banking, and technology sectors.  He literally wrote the book on fintech risk management as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at PayPal, where he transformed and led the consolidated risk management function, overseeing key areas such as AI, cybersecurity, and information security, while chairing the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Earlier in his career, Fiachre held leadership roles at eBay (pre-Paypal spin-off), Oracle, Anglo Irish, and HJ Heinz, where he gained deep expertise in mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in complex, cross-border environments.
