It’s barely Q2, and 2026 is already shaping up to be a record year for hiring at Klaros. We’ve already welcomed three new partners - Erin Allard to lead bank building and scaling, Doug Landy to lead stablecoins, and Seth Ross to lead product launch - as well as Senior Advisor Daniel Bley and our new Head of People and Partnerships, Kisha Perkins. Today, I’m excited to announce another addition to our Senior Advisor team, Donna Murphy.
Donna has extensive experience as a regulatory policy maker in financial services, specializing in fair access and financial crime issues, and a stellar track record of fostering responsible innovation. She’ll be working with Klaros clients on Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) plans, BSA/AML issues, and bank-fintech partnerships. She was most recently Deputy Comptroller for Compliance Risk Policy at the OCC, where she oversaw the development of policy, guidance, and examination procedures for AML/CFT, sanctions, consumer protection, fair lending, and Community Reinvestment Act issues. She also served as Acting Deputy Comptroller for the Office of Financial Technology, where she oversaw the analysis and evaluation of financial technology innovations, trends, emerging risks, and potential implications for banks and bank supervision.
Senior Advisors play many different roles at Klaros - collectively, they bring decades of expertise and serve as resources and advisors to members of the Klaros team and to Klaros clients. Donna will fit right in. Welcome!
