Welcome Zor Gorelov!

Zor Gorelov

One of the great pleasures of life at Klaros is the opportunity to get to know and work with our outstanding senior advisor team. Today, I’m pleased to welcome Zor Gorelov, the newest addition to that team.  

Zor was most recently the CEO of Kasisto, the leading provider of generative AI-powered digital assistants and chatbots to the financial services industry. He founded Kasisto in 2013 with the intention of making financial knowledge more accessible and enabling smarter financial decisions for customers of financial institutions, big or small. Prior to Kasisto, he was co-founder and CEO of SpeechCycle, a cloud-based contact center optimization software provider for the telco market that was acquired by Synchronoss Technologies (SNCR). Before that, Zor founded and ran BuzzCompany.com, an enterprise collaboration and messaging software provider that was acquired by Multex.com (MLTX). 

Generative AI is a hot topic. At a time when rapidly emerging AI technologies are challenging many banks, especially smaller ones, to rethink their technology strategies, Zor’s 20+ years of experience deploying  AI tools into financial institutions globally position him well to be a tremendous resource to Klaros clients. We’re excited to have the benefit of his wisdom and expertise.
