Welcome, Erin Allard!

Today, I’m thrilled to welcome Erin Allard to that team.

Erin’s a seasoned financial services and technology executive with deep experience leading product strategy, operations, and go-to-market initiatives at high-growth fintech and financial services companies. She’s widely recognized for her expertise in cash-flow underwriting, open banking, credit analytics, sponsor banking, and scaling enterprise-level data and financial services products.

Most recently, Erin served as President of Prism Data, a next-generation cash-flow underwriting infrastructure and analytics platform that helps lenders, banks, and fintechs leverage consumer-permissioned banking data to make smarter, more inclusive, and more accurate credit and financial decisions. In this role, she oversaw strategy, product development, partnerships, data science, engineering, and the expansion of Prism’s suite of data intelligence solutions. She initially developed Prism at Petal, the innovative credit-card and fintech company that pioneered cash-flow-based underwriting as an alternative to traditional credit scores, before spinning it out into an independent entity. Erin’s other senior leadership positions include Chief Operating Officer at Bloom Credit, where she oversaw revenue, operations, product, and risk management, scaling the company’s API platform for integrating with credit bureau systems, Vice President and Head of Banking Operations and Product at Green Dot Corporation, a major provider of prepaid debit cards, banking as a service, and fintech solutions, and a variety of leadership roles at The Bancorp, including managing credit-related sponsorships and strategic initiatives, giving her deep experience across risk, operations, and growth functions.

Throughout her career, Erin has been a vocal advocate for financial inclusion, leveraging technology and innovative data approaches to expand access to credit and financial services for underbanked and traditionally underserved consumers.
