It was just two months ago that Seth Ross joined us officially as a Senior Advisor. Today, I’m thrilled to welcome him as our newest Klaros partner.
Seth was a known quantity to many of us at Klaros. We knew he was an expert in earned wage access and international money movement. We knew he had an impressive track record of driving growth in embedded financial services and fintech sectors for innovative tech and fintech companies, including MoneyGram, Green Dot, Apple, Amazon, Intuit, Uber, and Wealthfront. We knew he had a deep interest in AI and had been an investor and/or advisor to Graphio.ai (AI-enabled employee management), Clifton (AI products for the investment industry), and Attesto Inc (embedded AI for hiring). And, we knew he was a heckuva nice guy.
What we didn’t quite realize at the time was how perfectly his interest in advising fintechs, banks, and infrastructure platforms on go-to-market strategies, embedded finance, and strategic product development would mesh with the priorities and goals of Klaros clients. While he’s keenly attuned to the nuances of regulation, unlike many of us at Klaros, Seth was an operator first, and brings that operator’s perspective to help banks and fintechs launch products, build teams, and scale new lines of business. He’s already made significant contributions to Klaros and to our clients, and we’re excited to have him on board full-time. If you have a challenge Seth can help with, reach him at Seth@klarosgroup.com. And, if you’re interested in LA Fintech Connect, the new fintech community he’s co-founded for Los Angeles operators, investors, and other like-minded fintech nerds, you can find that here.

I keep a tab open with crazygames for when I need a break during work. They have a decent collection of browser games that run smoothly without any lag. The racing and shooting categories are where I usually end up spending most of my time.
run 3 is a fast-paced game that takes players on a journey through endless tunnels in space. You control a small alien character and must avoid falling into the void. The game features unique gravity mechanics that let you run on walls and ceilings. Each level introduces new challenges, making the experience more exciting. With simple controls and smooth gameplay, it’s easy to learn but difficult to master, keeping players hooked for hours.
Wheelie Life captures the excitement of riding a motorcycle on one wheel. Players must manage acceleration to keep the bike balanced. The longer the wheelie lasts, the more difficult it becomes. The open roads give riders space to push their limits. Small mistakes can quickly end a run. Every ride becomes a learning experience.
This is a great example of how the right advisor can quickly become the right partner. Seth’s blend of operator experience, fintech scale-up chops, and genuine curiosity around AI feels like a near-perfect match for where Klaros and its clients are headed Sprunki
This feels like such a natural evolution for Seth and for Klaros. You can really sense the respect and excitement behind these words. Having someone who has actually built and scaled fintech products makes a real difference. It reminds me of how in basketball legends you cannot just know the rules of the game, you have to feel the rhythm to win. Wishing everyone continued success.
