Welcome (again) Erin Allard

Persistence pays off. Just a few weeks after convincing Seth Ross to move from Senior Advisor to Partner, I’ve done the same with Erin Allard, and I couldn’t be more thrilled.

Erin will lead our bank build & scale practice. This is a natural next step for Klaros, and a critical one, as a growing number of companies - many but not all of them Klaros clients - near or pass the hurdle of an approved charter application and face the 18-month sprint to make good on their plans and stand up operations. It’s like a construction project that starts with a planning phase (bank strategy and design), then moves through permitting (applications, licenses, and charters).  The next step is building, and that’s where Erin and her team will come in. Because the goal of our work isn’t just to help our clients get bank licenses, our goal is to help them get sound banks that support their business objectives.

And Erin is a true builder. It’s the through-line of her amazing career, starting with building new products at The Bancorp to building new business lines at Green Dot to building entire companies as she did at Bloom and Prism Data. She loves nothing more than working through really complicated, thorny problems that involve multiple aspects of a company. And she cares about getting it right, which makes her a great fit at Klaros.
