Siena Marr

Siena Marr manages Klaros Group's licensing practice, supporting clients as they navigate the complex regulatory process to obtain U.S. banking licenses. She works across internal and client teams to coordinate the development of financial models, business plans, and regulatory applications. In her three-plus years at Klaros, Siena has supported Klaros' bank and fintech clients on matters related to bank-fintech partnerships, U.S. market entry, and bank licensing strategy and execution. Prior to joining Klaros, Siena worked as a consultant for FactSet Research Systems, where she provided data and analytics solutions in close collaboration with investment management clients.

Siena received her BA in Economics from Reed College.
