Kisha Perkins joined Klaros from the Alliance for Innovative Regulation (AIR), where she served as Chief Program and Business Officer. In that capacity, she was responsible for program strategy, project design and delivery, planning, staffing, resource management, and quality control of all programs and initiatives, as well as for the Finance and Operations functions at AIR. Prior to AIR, she held leadership roles at SoFi, Protiviti, and Treliant, supporting large financial institutions in solving complex, multi-faceted consumer compliance challenges. Prior to consulting, Kisha spent 10 years in the financial industry, where she held roles in risk, compliance, audit, and technology at several large financial institutions, including Freddie Mac.

Kisha holds a BS from Hampton University and an MA from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of Women in Housing and Finance, and currently serves on the board of the Carpenter’s Shelter in Alexandria, Virginia.
