Erin Allard

Erin Allard advises fintechs and financial services companies on commercial and regulatory strategy, operations, product roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives, drawing on a career spanning top-tier sponsor banks and high-growth fintechs. Her work sits at the intersection of bank-grade rigor and fintech execution. She is widely recognized for her expertise in cash-flow underwriting, open banking, credit analytics, partner banking, and BaaS, as well as in scaling enterprise-level data and financial services products.

Most recently, Erin served as President of Prism Data, a next-generation cash-flow underwriting infrastructure and analytics platform. Previously, she held senior positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Bloom Credit and Vice President and Head of Banking Operations and Product at Green Dot. She also spent several years at The Bancorp,  where she held multiple leadership roles focusing on strategy, operational excellence, and responsible innovation. 

Erin studied at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh.
