Stephanie White Booker joins Klaros from EY where she was a Managing Director in the Advisory Services Practice and focused on compliance, risk management, transformation and governance. Stephanie has helped companies within the financial services, auto, energy, and consumer products industries with regulatory matters and new and evolving digital strategies. Her experiences cover a broad array of engagement leadership roles and span the spectrum of risk and compliance, including optimization, efficiencies, and implementation of advanced tools to enhance and improve the customer experience. She has assisted some of the world’s largest institutions with compliance and risk technology issues including risk and regulatory assessments; remediation programs; regulatory preparation and response, UDAAP and fair and responsible banking programs; M&A due diligence and review; process automation; and digital transformation efforts.  

 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and certified in PROSCI change management.
