Kevin Stein specializes in banking, capital markets, investments, and M&A. 

Kevin has over 30 years of corporate, strategic, regulatory, investment banking and board experience in the financial services industry. Kevin currently serves on the boards of Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: DCOM) and Onity Group Inc. (NYSE: ONIT). Kevin was previously Chief Executive Officer and a director of EJF Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: EJFA), which merged with Pagaya Technologies Ltd (Nasdaq: PGY). Prior to joining EJF Capital, Kevin was Chief Executive Officer of Resolution Analytica Corp., a buyer of commercial judgments, since co-founding the business with KCK US, Inc., a family-controlled private equity firm. Prior to joining KCK, Kevin served as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group of Barclays. Prior to joining Barclays, Kevin served as a Partner and Group Head of Banks at FBR & Co., as an executive of GreenPoint Financial Corporation, a bank holding company, and as an Associate Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
