Debora Wiezman joined Klaros from Conway MacKenzie, where she provided turnaround and restructuring advisory services to entities in financial distress. In that role she also supported the Office of the CFO of the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury with financial analysis, projections, and monthly and weekly reporting of cash flows. Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Debora worked in the Credit department of Goldman Sachs where she performed financial analysis across all Latin American corporates and North American companies in the oil & gas, chemicals, metals & mining, and power sectors. In that role she managed over $10B in credit exposure arising from the firm’s trading and lending activities, covered approximately 100 companies predominantly in the high-yield sector, and prepared more than 100 loan hold recommendations for the firm’s capital committee.

 

Debora received her B.S. in Finance from Yeshiva University where she graduated as Magna Cum Laude. She is also a CFA Level III candidate.
