Klaros Team Continues to Grow

We’re excited to kick off the second quarter by welcoming two exciting additions to the Klaros team!

Stephanie White Booker, Partner

Stephanie joins Klaros from EY, where she was a Managing Director in the Advisory Services Practice focused on compliance, risk management, transformation and governance. Stephanie has helped companies within the financial services, auto, energy, and consumer products industries with regulatory matters and new and evolving digital strategies. Her experience covers a broad array of engagement leadership roles and spans the spectrum of risk and compliance, including optimization, efficiencies, and implementation of advanced tools to enhance and improve the customer experience.

She has assisted some of the world’s largest institutions with compliance and risk technology issues including risk and regulatory assessments, remediation programs, regulatory preparation and response, UDAAP and fair and responsible banking programs, M&A due diligence and review, process automation, and digital transformation efforts. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and certified in PROSCI change Management.

Joshua Diamond, Director

Joshua is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a focus on

consumer lending and financial technology. Most recently, he served as Vice President for the credit card and financial technology firm, Jasper Card. There, he designed, implemented and oversaw the compliance management system and managed the relationship with the company’s partner bank around legal and regulatory matters. Joshua has extensive knowledge of consumer lending regulations and experience working directly with financial regulators such as the Federal Reserve Board and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Prior to his work in financial technology, he worked as a consultant, conducting compliance audits and risk assessments for large banks and lenders including Wells Fargo and American Express, as well as several regional banks throughout Southern California. Joshua began his regulatory career in Morgan Stanley’s fixed-income division. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
